Spring Clean-up 2025
******IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!!*****
Spring clean-up starts at 8:00 am on April 14th and continues until May 16th at 5:00 pm. All decorations and memorials must be removed during this time so that we can work on the cemetery grounds. Any flags, flag stands, statues, or decorations of substance that aren’t removed by 8:00 am on April 8th will be stored for 2 years. Any artificial flowers or plants will be disposed of by the end of the day on April 25th. We really appreciate everyone's cooperation during Spring Clean Up! Thank you!!
Grave Decoration Removal
June 3rd, 2024 is the date that all decorations need to be removed from the cemetery by 8 am so that we can mow.
Hill County Public Cemetery District Board Meeting
The cemetery board meets monthly on the last business day of the month. The public is welcome to attend.
American Legion - Veteran's Flag Placing
The local American Legion will be placing flags on veteran’s graves in honoring those who have served. This is an all volunteer event so stop up and help them honor those who have served and fallen in service to our country please stop up and help place flags.

Any artificial flowers or plants will be disposed of by the end of the day on April 21ST. We really appreciate everyone's cooperation during Spring Clean Up! Thank you!!
Memorial Day Memorials & Decorations Removal
All memorials and decorations must be removed by 5pm on Monday June 6th so that mowing can be done on the cemetery property. Thank you for your cooperation.
Cemetery Board Meeting
The cemetery board will meet at 9:30 to discuss events, approve minutes, approve bills, and conduct old and new business.
District Cemetery Policy Comment & Approval (Copy)
The Cemetery District Board will meet on April 29th, 2022 at 9:30 am for the regular monthly board meeting. The board will present new cemetery policy and procedures for approval and adoption. Any public comment and concern will be addressed before approval.
